Cognitive SoftWare House was formed within the mind of one individual, the individual in question is actually the sole driving force behind this pseudo company setup. This is a person who likes a challenge and aims to fulfill whatever potential that he might have, therefore it comes as no surprise that this site has been produced solely by him and all the software upon its pages has been built, tried and tested in his spare time.

The aforementioned individual has no qualifications of any sort within the software development world, everything has been self taught. The only difference between him and somebody with valid qualifications is that a) the qualified has had some educational body ratify that they have grasped some concept of the subject, and b) the qualified has spent a large amount of time learning a vast scope of abilities of which many will be irrelevant to anything that they will ever undertake.

All this sums up to a person who is influenced by the bedroom programming days of the ZX spectrum, who believes that anything is achievable (within reason) and who likes to refer to himself in the third person.
