eXtraMenu is a small program that acts as a user definable, pop-up menu. The menu is basically a list of paths to programs and files with two distinct advantages over the Start button menu:

• Firstly the menu will pop-up under the mouse pointer which saves on 'mouse mileage' and thus is more comfortable for the wrist.
• Secondly eXtraMenu has provisions for 'compound menu items'. This feature allows one menu item to launch multiple programs and/or files at timed intervals. This all weighs in at the hefty price of nothing... yes, this program is freeware.

All this functionality is available through the use of a basic scripting language saved in a text file.

N.B. This program is available in two versions, the difference between them is that one utilizes the middle (or third) mouse button and the other utilizes the right mouse button. This is so that people with only two mouse buttons can have the option of using this program.
